Return & Refund Policy – Petcudd

At Petcudd, your satisfaction and your pet’s comfort are our top priorities.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — quickly, respectfully, and with complete transparency.

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or pet hair

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used pet beds

  • Used feeding/water accessories

  • Items showing signs of pet use

(Unless the product arrived damaged or defective.)

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be cancelled.

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
